Booking Process For Full-Service Wedding Florals

Share Your Vision

You’ll receive a detailed wedding questionnaire where you can share more about your venue, color palette, floral needs, budget, and inspiration. From there, we’ll schedule a virtual consultation to talk through your ideas and priorities for the day.

Custom Design & Booking

After our consultation, I’ll create a personalized mood board and proposal using your inspiration and the season as a guide. Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the deposit is received. Five weeks before the wedding, we’ll have a final design meeting to confirm quantities, details, and logistics.


For pickup florals, elopement packages, curated grower’s buckets, and bloom bars, start by filling out the inquiry form with your contact information, event date, and the service you’re interested in. In the message box, share anything you already know about your color palette, quantities, floral needs, or overall vision. I’ll follow up with availability, recommendations, pricing, and any additional questions needed to finalize your order. Once the proposal is approved and the required payment or deposit is received, your flowers will be officially reserved for pickup.
